PREAMBLE

1. These general conditions of sale are agreed between LMBP Investimentos Lda, headquartered, 65 1700-235 Lisbon, Portugal, Fiscal Identification Number 515482935 and Contact +351 931 352 743, hereinafter designated by Let me be Europe and the people who wish to purchases through the website www.letmebe.pt "User".

2. The parties agree that purchases made through the website www.letmebe.pt shall be regulated exclusively by this contract with the exclusion of any conditions previously available on the website.



Article 1 - Object

1. The present general conditions of sale is to make available and define all the information necessary to the user about the modalities of order, sale, payment and delivery of purchases made on the website www.letmebe.pt

2. These conditions regulate all necessary steps to make the order and guarantee the follow -up of this order between the contracting parties.

Article 2 - Order

1. The user implements his order through the completion of the purchase process presented on the website www.letmebe.pt, adding the product (s) that intends to order the shopping basket:

2. To send your order the user must:

a) Register on the website www.letmebe.pt, providing for this purpose the information requested there.

b) Make the “Login” (providing a combination of email and password chosen by the user at the act of registration).

c) Complete the information and choose the options available to it throughout the order ending process (delivery and billing address, shipping, payment method, as well as the NIF and the name which, for tax purposes, intends to be in the invoice).

3. The final confirmation of the order by the user is equivalent to full and complete acceptance of prices and description of available products for sale as well as these general conditions of sale that will be the only applicable to the contract thus completed.

4. Let me be Europe will honor orders received online only to the limit of available stocks. In the absence of product availability, let me be Europe commit to inform the user as soon as possible.

5. The constant data on the invoice are the sole responsibility of the user. The invoice once issued may not be re -mitigated with changes.

6. Order requests are valid for 3 (three) business days, except if the order is registered under a promotional campaign that sets a different term, and it is not possible to guarantee prices, discounts, promotions and offers beyond this period. If the payment of it is not received by our services within that period, the order may not be validated. Any amount received after this date will be returned or used in a new order.

Article 3 - Payment

1. On the website www.letmebe.pt, Let me be Europe proposes to the user the following modalities:

a) Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard);
b) Multibanco / MBway (PayPay) reference;

c) Paypal

2. In case of credit card payment, the debt will be made on the user's card immediately after confirmation of the dispatch of the goods. If some ordered products are sold out, their value will be credited to the user's card after the closure.

Article 4 - Delivery

1. Delivery of orders may be performed within 5 business days after confirmation of payment of the order.

2. Deliveries are made by NACEX, MRW, GLS, DHL, UPS, DASCHER, fly according to the region. 

3. Delivery time may vary between 1 to 10 days according to the country/region.

4. The delivery time of your product only starts to be valid from the collection of your product, and is always accounted for on business days. Delivery information will be sent in the registered email (pay attention to entering the email correctly).

Article 5 - Prices

1. Prices must be understood in euros, with fees and taxes included, taking into account VAT in force at the date of payment of the order.

2. If an increase in prices of any product is increased, the user will be informed immediately and may choose to receive his order (making the payment of the difference) or to make his cancellation.

Article 6 - Cancellation and Return

1. The cancellation or return process is dealt with on a case by case basis, by Let Me Be Europa.


2. The request must arrive in writing to the contact email info@letmebe.pt, up to 10 days after receiving the order, with the cancellation or return instructions of the goods answered and defined by Let Me Be Europa, by the same means of communication.

3. Whenever possible the return shall be made by the same payment route, but if it is not possible, the user must present proof of payment and ownership of an account or card, to make the return by bank transfer.

4. Let me be Europe undertakes to reimburse the user within 30 days.

5. The returned products must be in conditions of sale, that is, in the same state as they reached the hands of the user, without any anomaly or damage.


6. If the resulting value from the exchange of products of an order is lower or higher than the initial value of the same, the right conditions will be indicated by the company.

Article 7 - Privacy Policy

The processing of your data is done in compliance with the legislation on personal data protection. They, subject to computer processing, will appear in the company's data base (s) and are intended for the registration and presentation of other products and services, as well as institutional information, to be made available to them.

Its supply is optional and is guaranteed, under the law, the right to access, rectification and annulment of any data that tells you directly respect, personally or by written, directly to the address contained on the home page of this website.
